life with asher

Lately Asher's life has been quite exciting...

  • Last Thursday the 4th grade classes had a choir concert at school. This is the first year the school has done anything like this so I was kind of unsure about how it would all go ;) I mean if you've ever been to a concert at school they pretty much are either great or not great, ha!
To my complete surprise his was GREAT!

He stood right in front of us and sang his little heart out. I even got teared up a few times because I swear everything he does makes me proud (well not everything but you know what I meanπŸ˜‰).

After the concert we stopped at Baskin Robbins for some late night ice cream. It was a great evening all around!

  • Our weekends with Asher are spent out on the baseball field most of the time. This last weekend was no different. He played in a Blue Santa Tournament. While his team didn't win the tournament they did give us parents some insanely stressful  exciting moments and won some games at the last second. I just LOVE watching him play baseball. It might be one of my favorite things. He just really loves the sport and his passion and drive spreads to everyone on his team. I am so proud of him and will always be one of his biggest fans (I have a lot of competition between his dad and siblings)!

  • Our favorite thing to do lately is play on snapchat. I never actually post anything on there...well at least I hope not πŸ™ˆ. We love to take videos or pictures and then crack up at ourselves. It really is fun for all the family πŸ˜€

Face swap is by far our favorite!
  • He had a big project due at school this week...building the Alamo. Last year Aiden did it with sugar cubes so Asher wanted to do something different. We looked on pinterest and decided to use blocks. After we were finished with the building he decided to use Angry Birds to add a little character. OMG it was soooo cute! I love his creativity but most of all I love that he goes to a school that welcomes it.

So those are the going on's with Asher. He really is quite the guy and life with him is pretty fun...and always interesting!
